What this covers
Event security is decided in the planning meeting, not on the day. Ingress design, gate count, screening method, alcohol service, weather contingency and the egress plan determine whether the event runs calmly or whether staff spend the night reacting.
We plan events around realistic crowd behaviour for the specific audience, venue and time of day, then staff to that plan with supervisors who can adapt when it changes. Praxon works with venue operations, municipal services and police liaison rather than around them, which is what makes a plan survive contact with a real crowd.
