What this covers
In a condominium the concierge is the only part of the security programme residents actually see. They meet the owners, the guests, the contractors and the couriers, and the impression they leave becomes the board's impression of the whole building. That is why we treat concierge as a hospitality role with a security mandate rather than a guard post with a desk.
Praxon concierge staff are selected for presentation and temperament first, then trained on the specific building: the declaration and rules, the visitor parking policy, the fob system, the moving and delivery windows, the fire panel, and exactly who to call at two in the morning. Property managers get consistent coverage, legible logs, and one point of contact instead of a rotating cast of strangers.

Front desk and lobby coverage
Staffed shifts across days, evenings, overnights and weekends, with relief planned in advance rather than scrambled.

Visitor and contractor control
Sign-in, authorisation against the resident's instruction, fob and elevator access, and a record you can produce later.

Parcel and key management
Logged receipt and release of deliveries, keys and fobs, so the building stops absorbing the liability for lost items.

Move-in and move-out supervision
Elevator booking enforcement, protection panels, and damage noted at the time instead of argued about afterwards.

Amenity and common-area rules
Pool, gym and party-room hours enforced consistently, which is what makes enforcement defensible.

Incident reporting to the board
Written reports the property manager can hand to the board or an insurer without rewriting them.

Emergency and fire panel response
Trained first response, alarm acknowledgement, and coordination with the fire department on arrival.

Overnight interior patrol
Scheduled rounds of stairwells, garage levels, storage and mechanical areas between desk duties.
