How we work in Vaughan
Praxon Security is headquartered at 3100 Steeles Avenue West, so Vaughan is home ground. Supervisors, dispatch and the people who actually plan a deployment are minutes from the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre, the 400-series interchanges and the industrial blocks between Highway 7 and Steeles.
Vaughan's security demand splits three ways. The condominium and rental towers rising around the VMC and along Highway 7 need concierge and overnight patrol. The warehouse and distribution corridor along Highway 400, Jane Street and Keele Street needs gatehouse control and yard patrol. And the construction that has not stopped anywhere in the city needs site security that understands trade access, material theft and weekend exposure.
Because we are based here we also take the small, awkward jobs other agencies decline: a single overnight fire watch, a temporary gatehouse while a system is replaced, or a short-notice post for a property manager whose incumbent failed to show.
