What this covers
An office building has two security problems that pull in opposite directions. During the day it must feel open and easy for thousands of tenants and guests. At night it must be genuinely closed. A programme that only solves one of those creates either a bottleneck at nine in the morning or an open door at nine in the evening.
We staff commercial properties to handle both states and the transition between them: a calm, presentable lobby team through business hours, and a disciplined after-hours regime of access verification, dock control and patrol. Reporting goes to the property manager in a format that supports tenant relations, not just incident counts.
